2 oz. Rolling River Brown Bear Aquavit
3 oz. ginger beer**
Garnish with orange wedge

1 ½ oz. Rolling River Bjørkevoll’s Holiday Aquavit
½ oz. Elderflower liqueur
¾ oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Add spirits in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Norwegian Sling
3 oz. sparkling water
¾ oz. citrus syrup *
1 ½ oz Rolling River Brown Bear Aquavit
Garnish with small orange slice.
In a tall glass filled with ice, add sparkling water first, then the citrus syrup and add the aquavit last. Gently stir and garnish with a slice of orange.

2 oz. Rolling River Brown Bear Aquavit2 oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
½ oz. honey syrup*
2 dashes Angostura bitters
3 oz. ginger beer**
Garnish with orange wedge
In mixing glass add spirits and honey syrup. Fill with ice and stir swiftly for 30 seconds. Strain into ice filled old fashioned glass.

1 ½ oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
¼ to ½ oz. honey syrup*
2 mint leaves
Add Aquavit, honey syrup, 1 mint leaf and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with mint leaf.
Rolling River Spirits The Perfect Match
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
¼ to ½ oz. honey syrup*
1 ¾ oz. mango juice
1 to 2 slices habanero
½ rim sugar and cayenne pepper
Tonic water
2 drops orange bitters
Add Aquavit, honey syrup, mango juice, habanero slices and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into glass ½ rimmed with sugar and cayenne pepper. Add 2 drops orange bitters.
Swedish 75
1.5 oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
.5 oz. pear simple syrup*
.5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1.5 oz. champagne
2-3 dashes Aquavit-Pear bitters
Shake aquavit, pear simple, lemon juice, strain into champagne flute. Add champagne and bitters, garnish with a lemon twist.
Grapes of the Gods
2 oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
10 muddled red grapes
2 mint leaves
.25 – .5 oz. Agave Syrup*
Splash of Club Soda
2-3 red grapes for garnish
1 sprig of mint for garnish
Add ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, strain into glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and grapes.
The Ginger Life
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
½ oz. ginger puree*
½ oz. simple syrup *
¼ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Ginger Beer**
In ice filled glass add aquavit, ginger puree, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir and top with Ginger Beer, garnish with a mint leaf.
Aquavit Corpse Reviver
2 oz. Ole Bjørkevoll’s Aquavit
1.25 oz apricot nector
.5 oz apple juice
.25 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Add ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Rolling River Spirits Iced Norsk Kaffe (Norwegian Coffee)
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
¾ oz. Rolling River Coffee Spirit
1 ½ oz. cooled coffee
¼ to ½ oz. vanilla simple syrup*
¼ oz. creme de cacao syrup
Pour Aquavit, Coffee Spirit and mixers into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into ice filled lowball glass.
Rolling River Spirits Aquavit Manhattan
2 oz. Rolling River Brown Bear Aquavit
1 oz. Imbue Bittersweet Vermouth
¾ oz. sage leaf reduction
Serve on the rocks. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Rolling River Spirits Iced Holiday Cider
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Spirits Bjørkevoll’s Gamle Holiday Aquavit
1 ½ oz. apple cider
¾ oz. cranberry juice
¼ to 1 oz. cinnamon simple syrup* – (to taste)
orange rinse or 2 drops orange oleo-saccharum
Rinse glass with orange wedge (squeeze orange wedge into glass then drain), combine Bjørkevoll’s Gamle Holiday Aquavit and other ingredients, shake, strain into glass with ice. Garnish with orange twist. If using orange oleo-saccharum add 2 drops after pouring drink into glass and then garnish with orange twist.
Rolling River Den Gamle Cider
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Bjorkevoll’s Gamle Holiday Aquavit
1 ½ oz. hot apple cider
¾ oz. cranberry juice
¼ to 1 oz. cinnamon simple syrup* – (to taste)
2 drops orange oleo-saccharum
Add Aquavit, hot cider, cranberry juice and simple syrup to mug, stir and top with orange oleo-saccharum. Garnish with orange twist.
Hot Mama
1.5 oz. Rolling River Gamle Holiday Aquavit
3 oz. Hot Mama Mix*
3-4 oz. hot water
Bjørkevoll’s Holiday Aquavit whipped cream*
Pour aquavit into mug, add mix and water, stir well. Top with whip.
The Old Hotty
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Old Ole Bjørkevoll Aquavit
¾ oz. orange juice
¼ oz. honey simple syrup*
¼ oz. ginger simple syrup*
2 cloves, 4 cardamom seeds, 4 small cinnamon chips, muddled
3 oz. hot water
Muddle spices in shaker, add all ingredients except hot water, shake, pour into mug, add hot water, garnish with orange slice.
Bear Hug Hot Toddy
2 oz. Rolling River Brown Bear Aquavit
1 oz. orange juice
½ – 1 oz. spiced honey simple syrup*
3 oz. hot water
In mug add Brown Bear Aquavit, spiced honey simple syrup, orange juice and hot water. Stir and garnish with orange slice or orange peel.
Norwegian Wassail
1 ½ oz. Rolling River Bjørkevoll’s Holiday Aquavit
5 oz. hot Norwegian Wassail mix*
Garnish with small orange slice with one clove.
Bjørkevoll’s Holiday Aquavit whipped cream*
Pour aquavit into mug, add mix, stir well. Top with whip and garnish with orange slice and clove.
